How Abilities Movement can help:

Abilities Movement’s goal is to help people of all abilities find their path through movement, engagement, and goal achievement.  Our programs in adapted fitness, sports, and outdoor programs help people build confidence and utilize that confidence to engage within their community. We partner with community organizations, local businesses, and disability-oriented services in Monroe and surrounding counties to help provide essential programs and opportunities.  We work closely with self-directed programs to help build classes around the needs of individuals.  Our organization is open to all and has no limitation to who we serve.
